Lethbridge Casino / Set a limit
Set a limit before the casino evening
Decide the amount and the number of hours before you leave home, not once you are at the table. The calculator on this page turns those two numbers into a pace per hour, and free help in Alberta is listed below.
How the calculator works
Type an amount and a number of hours into the evening budget calculator. It shows the pace per hour that those two numbers give you, along with when to take breaks. It does not estimate wins or losses. The numbers you type stay in your browser: the calculator sends nothing anywhere, and the site sets no cookies.
One practical point: keep money for food and the drive home out of the amount. That money is for the meal and the trip back, not for the floor. Set it aside first, then type in what is left for play.
Your limit for the evening
Type what you set aside and for how long. Nothing is saved or sent.
The calculator never estimates wins or losses. It only splits your own amount over your own time.
Tools inside Alberta casinos
Winner's Edge is AGLC's casino rewards card, used across Alberta. The card is picked up at Guest Services with government-issued ID, and members must be 18 or older. Members can set spending and time limits with the My Activity and Budgeting Tools, and add alerts. The settings are made at the Winner's Edge kiosk in any Alberta casino, or in the member's online account.
GameSense is AGLC's responsible gambling program in Alberta. Each casino and racing entertainment centre has GameSense Advisors and an info centre. At PURE Casino Lethbridge, that means both are in the same building as the slots and tables.
